A mix up with a happy ending

I had originally ordered the I love Lucy Hobo Bag Heart Pink Purse small but did not receive it because of a mix up with the pictures on the online store. I was quickly contacted by LuxBag.com who apologized for the mix up and offered a my money back or a similar product. I decided on the same product but the Heart Black purse. I received it and was vey pleased with as was my daugther as it was her birthday gift. I also received a couple more emails from LuxBag wanting to make sure I was satisfied and thanking me for my patience and understanding. I am very impressed with this company and will most likely continue to do business with them.
