Our shipping cost is calculated by toal order amount. If the purchase amount is under $8.00, the shipping cost for US domestic is $3.90. The shipping charge is $5.90 between $8.00 and $14.00. When the order amount is over $14.00 and under $29.00, the shipping rate is $7.90. The flat $9.90 is for order amount over $29.00. The more your order, the more you can save the shipping cost.
We usually ship next business day by USPS Priority Mail with delivery confirmation. It takes 2~3 business days. In some cases, your package is shipped by UPS Ground or USPS First Class Mail with tracking number. It also takes 2~5 business days.
If you need faster and guaranteed service, you can choose UPS 3 Day Select or UPS 2nd Day Air. Please note that UPS doesn't count pick-up date and it takes one more days when you select UPS 3 Day Select or UPS 2nd Day Air, and UPS doesn't count weekend(Saturday and Sunday), too.
The tracking numer is provided by email after shipping is complete in our warehouse.
The shipping cost to Canada is also by total order amount. If you want to know, please add to cart and view your cart. When you press 'estimate shipping & tax', you can see how much the shipping cost is.
We accept orders online only from Canada. If your shipping address is different country(U.K, Australia, Hong Kong, etc.), email us with the item number and destination country and city. We will reply to you right away. The payment has to be made by PayPal.
The merchandies for international shipping is thoroughly inspected before shipping and you don't have to worry about some defect or quality problem.

Handbags are protected from the delivery date by a four-weeks limited warranty. If the handbag proves to be defective in material or workmanship under normal use anytime within the first month, we will repair or replace the item free of charge with same or comparable product. The warranty is applied only for handbags.

If you find any defects on the product, or want to exchange it with other item, or get a refund, please email us at sales@LuxeBag.com for a return authorization within 30 days of receiving the shipment, and the product must be returned to LuxeBagandGift.com within 14 calendar days of the issuance of the return authorization.
All products except handbags must be new and packed in the original conditions, and all product tags and the original vinyl bag must be included. If you send us the used one, or without tags or original vinyl bag, the returned item will be send back to you and the shipping cost will be charged to you.
For all products, if the item is returned in original conditions, according to our return procedure, we will exchange it or provide you a refund based on your original method of payment.
In the case of exchange, you have to pay the new shipping cost. If you want to get a refund, we will not issue a refund for the shipping cost that we already paid.
Return shipping is free of charge. We will compensate the return shipping cost as soon as we receive the returned item. Free return shipping is not applied for international order.
If the value of return items is over $100, we issue a store credit, not refund.
