1. How to place an order at our LuxeBag.com

Orders can be placed directly on our website. If you are unable to process an order on LuxeBag.com, please email to us at Sales@LuxeBag.com for assistance. We will response to you shortly.


2. Shipping and Delivery

We are pleased to offer FREE shipping for U.S. We usually ship next business day by USPS Priority Mail with delivery confirmation. It takes 2~3 business days. In some cases, your package is shipped by UPS Ground or USPS First Class Mail with tracking number. It also takes 2~5 business days.

The shipping cost to Canada is by total order amount.


3. International Orders

If your shipping address is international including Canada and Europe, email us with the item number and destination country and city. We will reply to you right away. The payment has to be made by PayPal.

The merchandise for international shipping is thoroughly inspected before shipping and you don't have to worry about some defect or quality problem.


4. Payment, Safety, and Privacy Policy

We accept only PayPal payment. If you want to pay by credit card, please go to our store of Amazon.com.

We will protect your privacy and keep your personal information safe, and we will not sell your personal information to anyone.



5. Copy/Use the photos of our products

You are not allowed to copy and use photos(and/or description) of our websites(LuxeBag.com and LuxebagAndGift.com) without our authorization. 



6. Wholesale

 Unfortunately, wholesale order is not available.



7. Return Policy and Warranty

If you find any defects on the product, want to exchange it, or get a refund, please email us at sales@LuxeBag.com for a return authorization within 30 days after the item arrives at your shipping address. We accept your return request not by phone, but by email. The product must be returned to LuxeBag within 10 days of the issuance of the return authorization. The product tag and the cover bag should be also included. We can process refund or exchange after you return all of the product, the tag, and the cover bag.

You should pay for return shipping cost. When you send the item back, you have to use the shipping service with tracking number such as USPS with delivery confirmation, UPS, or Fedex.

In the case of an exchange, you will have to pay the new shipping cost. If you want to get a refund, we will not include the shipping cost that we paid for. If you purchase multiple items over $100 and ask for a refund, you will receive a $100 refund and the remaining balance will be considered as store credit.

We provide a 30 day warranty for handbags and wallets, however, if the product damage is caused by a customer, we do not cover the warranty. Also, the warranty program doesn't cover any other items except handbags and wallets.
